    • 7:00 AM – Beginner's Reforming Pilates
    • 12:00 PM – Intermediate Reforming Pilates
    • 6:00 PM – Advanced Reforming Pilates
  • Tuesdays:
    • 8:00 AM – Core Strengthening Workshop
    • 5:30 PM – Reformer Flow
  • Wednesdays:
    • 9:30 AM – Gentle Stretching Pilates
    • 6:30 PM – Circuit Pilates
  • Thursdays:
    • 7:00 AM – Advanced Reforming Pilates
    • 12:00 PM – Beginners' Reforming Pilates
    • 6:00 PM – Intermediate Reforming Pilates
  • Fridays:
    • 8:00 AM – Reformer Fusion
    • 5:30 PM – Mindful Movement Pilates
  • Saturdays:
    • 10:00 AM – Energizing Mat Pilates
    • 4:00 PM – Introduction to Reforming Pilates
